Upgrade or Install Waitress:
If Waitress is already installed, the script uses pip install --upgrade waitress to update it to the latest secure version.
If not installed, it installs the latest version using pip install waitress.
Verify the Installation:
After updating or installing, the script checks the version to ensure it is 3.0.1 or higher.
If the version is still vulnerable, it prompts the user to manually check for issues.
