🔒 Mitigating CVE-2024-7593: Secure your Ivanti Virtual Traffic Manager
We've created a script that helps you protect your Ivanti Virtual Traffic Manager (vTM) against the critical CVE-2024-7593 vulnerability by restricting access to trusted IP addresses only.
🔍 How it works:
This script ensures that only predefined, trusted IP addresses can access the vTM management interface. By first clearing any existing rules for the management port and then adding new ones that allow access exclusively from your specified IPs, the script effectively limits the attack surface. This ensures that unauthorized users are blocked from exploiting the vulnerability. Simply modify the TRUSTED_IPS variable in the script to include the IP addresses you trust.
